Colours and Specifications

While every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, specifications, colours and prices of all our products are correct at the time of updating them on the web site, however due to limitations in the scanning and photography process, a slight colour variation may occur in the actual goods. As the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Delivery of your order

Stock permitting, we aim to despatch your order paid by credit card within 24 hours to be with you in 5 working days. For orders paid by cheque, we would require 4 working days for bank clearance and would then despatch the products in the same way.

In the event an item is out of stock, we would inform you and provide an estimate delivery time. We will charge your Credit / Debit Card only when your goods are ready for despatch.

Goods to overseas, EU and some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take up to 14 working days to reach. Custom duty and local tax, if any, will be borne by the customer.

All offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

All orders need to be signed for at the time of delivery. There maybe an extra charge if we need to attempt delivery more than once.

Delivery dates are estimated only and we cannot be liable for delays in the delivery of goods to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you for any variation or cancellation to the delivery of the goods to you due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms, use of our websites or in relation to the supply of any products or services by us the English courts will have jurisdiction over the dispute. Contract

No contract exists between you the customer and Whites of London for the sale of any goods until Whites of London has received and accepted your order and Whites of London has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once Whites of London does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
